Pengembangan Media Video Pembelajaran Interaktif untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Pemahaman Konsep Matematis Siswa
Abstract
Concept understanding is considered very important as the foundation of various mathematical skills. However, most students' concept understanding is still low, one of the causes is the use of less innovative learning media. The purpose of this research is to develop interactive learning video media to improve students' concept understanding of algebraic function derivative material. The type of research used is research and development with the 4D development model (define, design, develop, disseminate). The test subjects of this research were students of class XI SMAN 13 Makassar. The research data were collected using questionnaires, observation sheets, and learning outcome tests. The results showed that the validity of the media was in the very valid category with an average validity score of 3.6. The practicality of the media is in the very good category with the percentage of positive responses of teachers and students respectively 90% and 80%. Based on indicators, students' concept understanding ability increased by 34.9% with a percentage of learning completeness of 73.3% so that the media was declared effective. So, it is concluded that the learning video media meets the criteria of validity, practicality, and effectiveness so that it is feasible to use in learning.
